It's a pity that the Supreme Court has passed a ruling that is extremely regressive putting the onus on Parliament to change the law.
Wonder how Goa Police are going to act on it. If they are a responsible force they will avoid implementation unless the law is openly flouted in public view or there is a specific complaint in which case they have no option but to act.
