VM's eloquent discourse on life in Goa as it really is, is a breath of fresh air. After being blasted in the media, both local and national, I was beginning to feel ashamed of myself as a Goan . Despite the negative press and sensationalism potrayed by the media, life goes on as usual. The fact that Goa is still a desirable place to visit and to live in is evidenced by the hordes of tourists and the vibrant realestate market, with people from all over India flocking to Goa to buy a home among the peace loving susegad Goans.
Those who think that Goa has gone to hell, should do Goans a favor and stay put where they are.
