They are made to work for far less and forced to sign on dotted lines. Many of the financial privileges are disposed off to benefit monetarily If at all they do protest, then they are sacked and there is none to represent them or their grievances. There are employees who are ostensibly paid full salaries, or through bank credit in the eyes of the law and faithfully sign the acquittance register in acknowledgement. They , then will return specified sum as mutually agreed upon for the gratitude of being employed in service. We see nothing wrong in these practices of injustice, but will shout over the roof and accuse others Such persons are well placed and influential to doubt about integrity and righteousness Then there several Govt. schemes to employ workers, where they officially sign for much more , then they actually received as the wages, or sometimes are treated as bonded labourers. Worst still is fabricating, manipulating number of employees, projects etc with officials sharing in the booty, turning deliberately nelson`s eyes for personal gains We would be happy, as enlightened democracy, if we are forced to introspect here at home, on the incident of underpayment by Deviyani Kopgrade and pay them their rightful, living wage No one will be willing to admit such malpractices, because we are true hypocrites, when it comes to applying it to ourselves Nelson Lope
