Stephen Dias, D.Paula LAL BATTI AND FILM SCREEN VIOLATED IN GOA INSPITE OF SC ORDER The Red Beacons usage is still being violated inspite of the Supreme Court order in Goa. There are number of officials who are not in the listing are found continuing with these beacons in their Government and private vehicles. The traffic police cell is going slow on its implementation of SC order which amounts to contempt of court. The window film screen on vehicles is still existing even on Government vehicles.It shows that there is no respect for the Supreme Court order in Goa, and the public will take it easy and will not obey others orders from the government in future. The Chief Minister should immediately instruct the Goa Traffic dept to implement both these orders with immediate effect. Stephen Dias, D.Paula Date: 28.12.2013
