Stephen Dias: I would like to know how many Goans have died in that tragedy in Canacona. Is there a official list? Or else the Maplad from Shantaram might reach to migrants which are not listed. Take care Mr Naik, this money should not be misused.
Response: It is sad to read such views. Have we lost all compassion for victims of tragedies? Does death discriminate between goan and non-goan or between hindu, muslim,christian, sikh,etc, or between male or female? Why cannot we look at it as a human tragedy deserving all sympathy? I am reminded of the way the Gujarat govt treated victims of the Godhra and post Godhra incidents.
