I happened to visit the Goa Heritage Festival which is being held for the second year in Saligao. There were so many things to see, stalls to visit and things to purchase besides the cultural programme on the vast stage in the tastefully decorated large venue. However, quite often I prefer to see the Goan cuisine and there was plenty of it on show in Saligao.
