Dear Aires, WE had earlier during the Portuguese regime a top Judge of Goa from “Tribunal de Relacao which was later called that as High Court”. He died some years back. He too like Ganguli had similar relations with one of his employee stenographer. The PWD workers found many contraceptives in the sewage piping “toilet” and than the whole of office came to know about it. This appears to be common with high dignitaries in India in high offices. I have read today in NT dt 11.1.2014 titled “Another Law intern accuses SC judge of sexually harassing her. Slowly skeletons are coming out from the cupboard! Of course there are few excellent judges in Goa in that respect.
