During the last election editorial control of Herald by the then Timblo's PR man Sujoy Gupta. After the election his team at Herald migrated to form The Goan. It seems reasonable to presume that Fernandes the proprietor of Herald rented the paper out to the Timblos. Also it is reasonable to presume that history will repeat itself.
