Prominent Goan Doctor of ‘Hospicio Margao’ Dr. Darshana L Naik has been awarded the Indian Medical Association (IMA National award in psychiatry by IMA headquarters New Delhi. The award was presented to Darshana at a special award ceremony at the 88th Annual conference at Rajamundry, AP. By the president IMA president Dr. K V Kumar . Justice Supreme court J Chalameshwar and Chief Justice N V Ramana attended the function. Dr. Naik is the first Goan to have been conferred this award.
