After 28 long years at the famed restaurant O' Coqueiro at Porvorim, Chef Peter Fernandes has suddenly quit from 1st February. The very affable and soft spoken Peter has been a Chef par excellence. A winner of many awards, Peter has a passion for cooking and serving authentic Goan cuisine. Having never comprised on quality Chef Peter always goes an extra mile to satisfy every customer. O' Coqueiro may now never be the same.
American restaurant critic and food journalist Craig Claiborne had said " Cooking is at once child's play and adult joy. And cooking done with care is an act of love."
