My dear Santoshbab, As 'fraud' is a criminal act, and you have made such an allegation, I suggest that you prove that fraud was committed....to the required standard of proof. best jc BTW: even in 'contract' any claim will fail unlike in Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Company.
