The Congress led Union cabinet of UPA / Indian government has in January-2014 baptized the Jain community in India as National Minorities.............due to which state governments will not be able to interfere in the cash rich trusts & temples (or derasars) run by the Jain community, institutions run by Jains will be exempted from rent control laws, the Jain community can get government land, water, electricity, etc at cheaper rates for setting up religious, charitable & educational institutions, Jains will qualify for constitutional safeguards and special policy attention , the Jains can enjoy fundamental rights under Article 25 and Articles 26 to propagate their religion and also freedom to manage their religious affairs, the Jain community can start minority educational institutions anywhere in India and get various tax exemptions as well as reserve 50 percent seats for members of the Jain community, the Jains can get access to various government minority schemes, multi-sectoral development programmes, scholarship scheme, post-matric scholarship scheme, merit-cum-means based scholarship, free coaching and allied scheme, maulana azad national fellowship, etc............now since the Jains have been included in the National Minority list will the Indian government increase the funds for the minority affairs ministry or will the resources meant for other minorities ( muslims, christians, etc ) will have to be shared with the Jain community...........majority of Jains are supporters, donors, voters of BJP and many Jain merchants traders shopkeepers in India USA Europe UK Africa have been donating enormous funds to the VHP which is involved in anti-christian & anti-muslim agenda all over India........since the Jains are now national minorities will they continue to utilize their massive wealth to harm other minorities in India ?.
The Archbishops that are appointed by the Pope for the Bombay region never take any interest in meeting Ministers, MPs, MLAs, Muncipalcommissioner, districtcollector, etc to discuss the various unemployment, housing, civic, inflated property tax bills, etc issues that the lay catholics in bombay have been facing decade after decade.............these Archbishops appointed for Bombay never expel those parish priests who are involved in misusing church funds, who are involved in quietly selling away vacant church properties and siphoning off the money, who are involved in preventing children of poor catholics from getting admission in parish/catholic schools in order to accommodate more middle/upper class hindu children from whose parents donations are available........these corrupt parish priests are transferred from one parish to another parish....................Jesus Christ revolted against corrupt political & religious leaders during his time.............can Pope Francis revolt against those Bishops, Cardinals, Parishpriests who are involved in various scandals, scams, corrupt activities, etc as reported by the news media or lay catholic associations or the lay catholics ?. The Protestant Britishers owned East India company noted down in their gazetteers that the catholic villagers living in Bombay (including the salsette island) are ignorant & drunken people.............the British began allowing people from Gujarat, Maharashtra, etc to settle on the lands of catholics in bombay .......some foolish catholics from bandra in 1887 sent a letter to the Governor of Bombay to baptize all catholic villagers in bombay with the name EastIndians and also give priority in jobs and they also went around catholic villages calling upon catholics to identify with the name eastindians.............Neither the British issued any official document that they have agreed to baptize catholics in bombay with the name EastIndians neither the British gave any written undertaking that they would give priority in jobs for the native catholics...........due to which it was extremely foolish for the catholic villagers of bombay to identify with the name eastindians........what is even more shameful is that even after East India company left in 1947 the native catholics of bombay continued with the name eastindians instead of changing the name to Bombaikars or BombayCatholics or BombayChristians or BombayVillagers...........except for the goan/mangalorean catholics nobody in the world knows who eastindians in bombay are.......the marathi migrants living in bombay think that the eastindians are outsiders like the northindians & southindians. The catholic villagers of bombay have been reduced to a backward & poor class because all their lands were grabbed by the British govt , Indian govt , Maharashtra govt , BMC, mmrda, sra, mhada, sra, airportsauthority, illegal-migrants, landmafia, slumdwellers, buildersmafia, right wing hindu groups.....AND......genetic problems of alcoholism infighting jealousy gossiping....AND.....daily consumption of the unhealthy & unhygienic bakery maida pavs.....AND......lack of interest in working towards becoming ias ips ifs irs officers doctors engineers shopkeepers traders goldsmiths etc.....AND.....lack of interest in applying for government jobs, bank jobs, police jobs, railway jobs, etc......AND......giving too much importance for the catholic clergy who never had any interest in improving the health wealth housing jobs land-holdings & security of the catholic villagers of bombay. In March 2013 some catholics from kalina, parle, irla held a rally in parle-juhu area under the EastIndian Banner but nobody in the Maharashtra government & BMC took note of the rally simply because nobody in the state government & municipality knows who eastindians ( www EAST-INDIANS com ) in bombay are..........now again the same catholics have decided to organize a rally in March-2014 under the EastIndian banner in the parle/irla area............the correct banner under which the rally should be organized is Bombay Villagers Panchayat because all the native catholics of bombay ( www BOMBAYLAND.BLOGSPOT com ) live in the villages (gaothans) .........the tiny seven islands were baptized by the Portuguese in the 15 th century with the name Bom Bahia which the British later on anglicized to Bombay and later on most of salsette island also came to be known by the name Bombay.................the catholic villagers of bombay are comfortable with using the name Bombay and not Mobai & Mumbai.........bombay parsi panchayat........bombay high court......Bombay Scottish School......many other institutions are still known by the name Bombay and many people around the world including India still use the name Bombay.................Bombay's name was changed to Mumbai without any historical proof and without any referendum and without any debate. Almost all the MPs, MLAs & Corporators in the 4500 sq km bombay metropolitan region are either into construction business or on the payroll of the builders lobby....due to which real estate has got more importance in this region...and matters related to Trade exports industries manufacturing medical/engineering colleges technical institutes sports stadiums etc has been ignored......even the state housing agencies like the mhada, sra, etc & BMC are doing what the builders lobby want them to do........there are some farmers, tribals & fisherfolks in thane, raigad, ratnagiri, sindhudurg districts who are in the process of loosing their lands due to large real estate projects, sez projects, power projects, dams, etc although due to an active role played by some social activists, environmental activists, anti-land acquisition activists, former judges, etc the natives of konkan have woken up from their deep slumber and are preventing the state & private corporate groups from taking away their lands but there are a few who are prepared to give up their lands in return for better compensation & rehabilitation package. Christians/Catholics in India don't indulge in terrrorrist activities, antti-national activities, smuggling/underworld activities......dont indulge in cheating & corruption activities....dont indulge in arson looting rioting activities....dont indulge in communal & fundamentalist activities....dont indulge in criminal activities.....don't indulge in encroaching government collector lands to create slums.....don't indulge in female foeticide/infanticide.....dont indulge in overpopulation activities....and.....christians/catholics marry at a late age and are content with 1 or maximum 2 children and are extremely secular & work with honesty and dedication wherever they work..........but in-spite of being very peaceful & law abiding citizens why do christians/catholics in India face religious discrimination & persecution ?. More subsidies for common man, more money for food security bill, more money for social sector, etc....means....less money for defence forces police forces government servants and politicians.......and vice versa..............The AAP can promise the moon but due to limited resources ( land gas cng png lpg diesel petrol kerosene coal foodgrains sugar electricity freshwater iron steel coal aluminium copper sand bricks cement skilled/unskilled jobs etc ) and unlimited population the AAP will not be able to fulfill its promises........neither will the Congress or BJP or any other political party..............but all these parties if they want they can pass strict two child policy laws, stringent laws against female foeticide/infanticide, strict laws against corruption black-money etc, strict laws against communal forces, etc. The Bible does not say that if you don't attend next weeks Sunday mass or church service or revival meeting then you have denied the Christian faith and you are worse than an infidel in Gods eyes...........the Bible says that if you have not taken care of the financial needs of your household/family then you have denied the Christian faith and you are worse than an infidel in Gods eyes.........ofcourse Christians should go to the Church atleast once a week.......but why waste time hearing and bearing the repetitive rituals & sermons of the Clergy.........the correct thing to do for the lay Christians is go to the church and put candles, garlands at the statues of Jesus Christ, Mother Mary, Various Saints and do a short prayer and move on.
