No.40 dt 3.1.2013 pg 1537 is rs 900 nine hundred per m2 some concessions
for orchard ,field, so if you are selling for 180 per m2 the stamp duty on
the higher side vis a vis govt minimum rate will have to be paid
when area exceeds one lakh the rate to be fixed by govt Special committee pg
1544 of official gazette
