Whole thing must have got over by 1.30am Something that never gets right. I wish the whole event management is outsourced or given to a Pvt Event Management including Carnival etc who will take care of time management, smooth functioning, security aspect, street lighting, Viewers gallery etc etc. Last float to leave the point of origin 11.15pm the same must have reached the terminating point i.e. Azad Maidan at 1am. Imagine people come here at 4pm and made to wait till midnight and beyond.
