VICTOR MONTEIRO, passed away on 28th March, 2014, in USA, leaving behind his beloved wife Gladys, children Dr. Glen, Gary and Dr. Vivetta. In his death we have lost a great friend, social worker and a gentleman of high repute. During his fairly long stint in Kuwait, before migrating to the USA, he was associated with quite a few reputed Social Organizations, and together with his wife Gladys, has done yeomen service to his fellowmen. His good work will be ever remembered. Pray God blesses his soul and grants him eternal rest in his heavenly abode. Condolences to the bereaved family members.
