Instead of lamenting the impending swearing-in of
Narendra Modi as India's next Prime Minister, we need to think about how we are
going to deal with it. It is almost a done deal. Modi will be the Prime
Minister. The Congresswallahs have dug their own
graves, or built their own funeral pyre, all their current grandstanding
notwithstanding.
Perhaps the new Modi Government will not be as bad as some of us may think. I
am sure that he is a pragmatic person, and will want to take everyone on board.
He appears to be someone who will be decisive. That will definitely be a plus
for India. A strong leader will give the hawks surrounding us, second thoughts
before messing with India. And, and, if our paranoia turns out to be true,
just in case, then we need to have our passports and visas ready huh ? But
where can we go ???
