Dear Roland, I believe Augusto is saying that IF BJP controls TV feeds, India may soon be able to amend Art 14 of the India Constitution.
That might happen but I really doubt it. When the facile tool of Revision is available, why bother amending the Constitution? Isn't it much easier to (say) hammer the Portuguese and allow the Catholics to take the ricochet?
