Hi Fred, If 'boslai' is a substitute for ' hello', how does one explain terms like:
1) Jo-loi re? (have you eaten, man?? or 2) Missac vosun ailoi re ( are you back from Mass, man??) I could think of several others - but they are hilarious - maybe we should compile a book of "irrelevant" Konkani sayings??????? Mervyn (Maciel)
