Hi All, Can someone please enlighten me on the refund of Goa entry tax for vehicles registered in other states. As per the notification, if the vehicle exits Goa within 4 hours of its entry, the fee is refunded. On 23rd Of May, I entered from Polem toll post at 0345 hrs and departed from Keri toll post at 0700 hrs. The toll attendant refused to refund the fees stating that I have used the State Roads and the fee is only refunded on the National Highways. Is this true? I tried to dig up the copy of Govt of Goa notification and also called up the PWD offices, wrote emails asking for details but was unsuccessful. I only hope that the toll operators on the non-popular roads are not taking the general public and the government for a ride.
