Jitendra Deshprabhu in g-rave spot
PANJIM: Leader of the Opposition Manohar Parrikar yesterday demanded stern
action against Pernem MLA Jitendra Deshprabhu following his alleged
involvement in organising rave parties in the coastal areas of Pernem
talukas. He also demanded an inquiry into the alleged links of DIG Ujjwal
Mishra, IPS, in such shoddy incidents and for violating the High Court order
on noise pollution. He produced a CD of the transcript between Deshprabhu
and the police control room wherein the former was shown having a heated
conversation with the police and abusing them when they had gone to stop a
rave party at Keri, Mandrem, well past midnight...........
