Thanks Santosh, I have just found out this (my photos) on Goa Blog. Although they are there since early Dec. I have just seen it today. A simple email notifying me would have been nice. Likewise, so many of my photos are seen elswhere including my Goa Carnival, tourist spot etc. Be it a website or yahoogroups (all those photos also appeared in one yahoogroup foarwarded by someone whose name was never heard before on the forum) My video clips too, very skillfully modified and hence I run/scroll straight line across the screen 'Brought to you by JoeGoaUk'. Earlier I used to do this in the begining and or in the end, which some very skillfully used it by clipping the begining and end part of my clips. They get all the credit and money (through google ads etc) at our expense. Sometimes, it is really hurting specially when it involves lot of hardwork, time, money, energy etc in preparing those clips or photos. It's true, some people do it just for Goa (and Goans allover) but that does not mean any Goan sites are free to take just like that. When it comes to giving credit, some would do it for the sake of doing e.g. Courtesy Joegoa (as if it was mutually agreed) ignoring Email links or photo links.

Indeed, there have been some instances of this type of unlawful behavior here in the past. A couple of days ago Yahoo India was accused of plagiarizing Indian recipes and other content from Malayalam blogs. Here is a link to this story: http://mangalorean.com/news.php?newstype=local&newsid=40404 It is important to report such borderline criminal activity immediately upon detection, and to expose the unscrupulous elements that resort to it. Little children at home and in primary schools must be taught that it is immoral and illegal to cut and paste other people's writings, or even paraphrase them, without giving proper credit to the original authors, irrespective of whether they are taught in Konkani, Marathi or English.
