Who authorised SAG? It is said that the costs will be recovered eventually and slowly, what ever that means. Did the M.L.A`s apply for advance? It appears suo motto decision on the part of SAG and it is very unlikely that a decision could be taken under such controversial, explosive circumstances. When Govt, servants advance on LTC, they have to submit the bills with details on arrival; It is a different matter that such legitimate payments are delayed .Even it is found that scandals are a galore on the misuse of LTC facility at the highest level How the reimbursement will be regulated or will later be converted into some kind of grant? Have the intending legislators applied for the advance? Who has sanctioned the costs to be reimbursed by them? What are the terms of reimbursement recommended? The credibility and integrity of C.M is highly suspect that things of this magnitude can happen behind his back or without his knowledge It is difficult to fathom who has taken the decision against the cancellations order of C.M.
