I have read the news report from Navhind Times dated 20th July 2014 title " HEALTH DEPT PROPOSES ROTATION OF TOP POSTS IN GMC AND GDC" ; please note my comments; This message may be published as you wish Sir, in the interest of public. COMMENTS; I do not understand why there should have rotation first of all. Was there any drawback from these higher posts of Dean GMC and Dean Goa Dental College? If rotation is approved by Goa Government would there be any continuity of work or duties assigned by previous Heads? Will there be any accountability of what the new head will be doing? If this proposal goes through than definitely going to be a fiasco in the administration of both the Institutions and ultimately the patients, doctors and students might have to bear the consequences. Will the Goa Govt will scrutiny or study this case before it get sanctioned? If I say there should be also rotations in GOA Health Ministry and within their own MLA's; Will they agree?
