SHOBHIKA GARG DRUNK DRIVING?
Goa has becoming famous again with the drunk driving that too by a woman Shobhika Garg as all the local papers have reported with great enthusiasm. Even today( 23th July), a write up by a section of press compares with the famous Salman Khan drunk driving accident whose case is still going on in the court for justice. And this being a case by a woman driver where no death is reported. It appears that she will be free from the clutches of police as she care a dam with the arms of justice. What is the fate of our police who are still not investigating the case properly? Why they are lenient? I suppose that allegedly this girl where she is staying had locked the entry of her gate for policemen not to investigate and search her house for further clues. The inmates of this building could not go out in the next day morning from this gate because the lock of the gate was found changed by unknown person. Who might have done this? This should have been investigated soon after the accident and not to delay it, as we all know that police gives ample opportunity for the accused to get free from getting the proofs and that the court cannot implicate the victim for not having concrete evidence. What kind of investigation is going on in our police set up and by now our Home Minister should realize that the Police force must be put in proper shape.
