I think Carmo is right. Just today it was reported in Goa, that Bamon Pedro from Salsette made a marriage offer to USA-returned Chardo John from Bardez on the condition that his original proposal to Dalit Manohar would not be accepted. Kharvi Sunila also made a marriage offer to UK-returned Kunbi Rina, as long as one cow and half her neighbor's property is included in the marriage transaction. The neighbor is based in the much maligned Gulf and is unaware of this ancestral property which the local MLA has already re-zoned in his name. If Kharvi Sunila and Kunbi Rina do not hook-up, Bamon Pedro is willing to step in. Thanks to IIT degrees and caste stratifications there are now 3013 marriage proposals for the 1271 people wanting to get married in Goa. So now you know the truth. Regards, George
