Dear Mr. Stephen Dias, A few quick points:
1: The net-published photos of my former alma mater are truly disgusting. 2: This 1702 PALACE OF MAQUINEZES (later Escola Medica) is (by law, I believe) a Heritage building. 3: What is the Goa 'Gorrment ' doing to our Goa? Making it into a Concrete Ghat? 4: BTW: Did you see the photographs of the allegedly NEW Panjim market? Disgrace !! Am copying this to my friend Rajan Parrikar. I am sure he will be saddened by this. jc BTW: Wonder what the Goa Noojpapers are saying about this. > On Jul 30, 2014, at 5:31 PM, Stephen Dias <[email protected]> wrote: > > Dear Hon.
