NEW KONKANI ALBUM TO BE RELEASED IN KUWAIT.
Ghat Apleak Sontos Peleak a new Konkani Album of the well known Kuwait
based tiatrist Bab Agnel will be released in Kuwait on Friday 23rd of this
month during the tiatro at Hawally A/C Hall. The Album in the form of
Audio Casstte and CD consists of 12 songs comprising 9 solos, 2 duets and a
trio. With the exception of 2, all songs are composed by Bab Agnel but
rendered by different singers namely Prince Jacob, Rosary Ferns, Lawry
Travasso, Antonette de Calangute, Roshan, Bai Andrea and all the three
ghaum bhau from Goa Velha (Zuari) Bab Agnel - Bab Andrew Bab Joao.
Musical score for this Album was provided by Maestro Josinho and it is
produced by Music House Mapusa. The first song is a title song by Bab
Agnelo. The second solo by Lawry Travasso Old Goa. The third song is yet
another solo Khobro by Rosary Ferns. The fourth song is a duet Ekvott
Rakcho by Roshan and Bab Agnel. The fifth song is again a solo Ghorib
Cheddvam by Bab Andrew, lyrics by the singer only. Sixth song is a trio
Bhirankul Atak by Bab Agnel-Bab Andrew-Bab Joao. The seventh song is a
solo Gloria by Bab Agnel followed by a duet Gharachi Chavi by Rosary
Ferns and Antonette de Calangute. Ninth song is a solo Mostepon by Bab
Joao (Lyrics by Bombu) and the remaining 3 are all solos by Prince Jacob
Mattvan Marlo, "Hench Christanvponn" by Bai Andrea and Londoncheo
Bhailo by Bab Agnelo.
