Hi all

In the link below, courtesy of Goan Voice, comes hot of the press in Oheraldo
on 30 August 2014 an article titled "Charter operators paint grim picture for
Goa" by Ajit John.

Interestingly, a part of this article reads:

Quote
However according to some of the biggest charter operators their role in this
business is gradually diminishing and could have some interesting ramifications
for the state.   Bobby Atre, Head of Caspar India a charter operator said that
the business in Goa is dominated by one emotion, greed.
Unquote

Being a lone voice in the choir outside the "UK Goan cattle market" recently
held, readers will recall I spoke about this event, in my opinion, as meeting
"need with greed".

It is noteworthy that the above article provides a further example of what I am
referring to, this time mirrored in Goa.
