Just cannot believe it that our Chacha Alfred is no more. I have hailed him
for his article in Herald Review on Dr. Jack De Sequeira.
This is a shock to Goans if this is true.
Hope to God it is not.

recent reminiscences of the 1961 era in Goa. I'll remember him for his
