LET POWER MINISTER DISCUSS WITH COMPETENT AUTHORITIES BEFORE PLACING ORDERS. <http://goa365.blogspot.com/2014/09/let-power-minister-discuss-with.html> Dear Hon. CM MANOHAR PARRIKAR
Do not allow your Power Minister to take major decisions at random on power deficit without discussing with the electrical experts. You see, once a mistake is done than Goa will be permanently damaged as far as underground callings is concerned for 11 and 33 KV transmission lines. All the expenditure will go to the drain. These underground cabling have their own advantages and disadvantages and these needs to be discussed with local and foreign experts before orders are placed for execution. I was told that Power Minister has vague knowledge in electrical subject to absorb all these technicalities. I feel that the power deficit is shown due to many illegal tapping overhead connections.
