I believe that many of these older structures in that area, belong to the 
Mhamai Kamat family..... I don't know as to who owns the Clube Nacional 
building...These have been occupied by their tenants for decades, from the 
Portuguese times!!... The rents have never increased and hence no money for 
maintenance....Unfortunately, none of the tenants are ready to pay a fair rent 
to the owners... One property owner told me, that he used to collect his rent, 
once a year!Many have been sublet at premium prices by the original tenants...
