Nowadays the court would require assets to be stated in detail etc. There was an article on this subject only by a lawyer in Gomantak Times or maybe Navhind a couple of months back. Considering the many marriages going on the ricks and the Pope himself lowering the norms for declaring marriage null and void, it is a very practical thing to do these days, just in case........................JEG
