Parrikar-achea cheddyachem 'Mutation', ekach disan zalench koxem? – Part II I saw some one trying to forward his new file today at Panaji, he was sent back saying files from his area accepted only on Wednesdays. Looks like 4 different joint-mamlatdars assigned Monday to Friday except Thursday for mutation cases. I asked the man, if this was his first visit he says second. First one only to collect the form and at which time they did not tell him about the days. Another fellow went back in search of Rs.5 Court fee which is required to affix on the form. This was also not mentioned on the form. Next, visit they will probably ask him to come back another day to pay the fees by bank challan. Then they call again another day to collect notices (to be posted to various parties by Regd. a/d) - This much process likely to take upto 3-4 weeks. Then you need time of another 2-3 weeks for newspaper publications (in most cases) and then file sitting there for months or years for want of bribe..
