Dear Prof Barros-Pereira, [1]: Which of the two is what you have just recommended ? (a) ONLY the experts on Mopa SHOULD speak or (b) It is NOW TIME for the experts to speak (on Mopa. [2]: In a non-dictatorship, Who decides who should speak? [3]: Who are the experts on Mopa? [4]: Which aspect of Mopa, are these experts, expert on? (Could not be on any Mopa airport - as that is not yet in existence) [5]: I am Not Very Knowledgeable about Mopa, its land-ownership, the feelings of the residents of Mopa or of Airports.....etc. So I will not opine on Mopa one way or another. [6]: I will, however, write about my MOPEd. My friend in London has 4 mopeds, I only have one. Because of the number of his family members currently living in London, he had to buy 4 mopeds. I only need ONE moped. (OK .....it is not a moped, just a car) So, just because my friend in London has 4 cars (which he needs), should I also buy 4 or 2 or 3? [7]: Is the problem also connected to the 'parking space' and who 'de repente' came to own it by way of what could possibly be considered as being tainted by 'suspect non-outsider trading'? [8]: But enough about this present Moped or Car of mine, could I please have your expert/non-expert view. Would you recommend that I buy another car or Moped, when I do not use my present Moped enough? [9]: Or, is it that you intend to relieve me of my present Moped, when I buy the second one, stating that the Expert Opinion amanha is that I do not need two Mopeds ? 'just only asking' jc
