It is surprising to hear about yet another controversial Godman ensconced in a fortress called Satlok Ashram, with his own armed army of about 4000 men reportedly composed of 70 companies and platoons, called Rashtriya Samaj Sewa Samiti (RSSS) now defying the State police and the High Court to prevent his arrest in a murder case for defying court summons! The Harayana police after a 12 day stake out were unable to arrest him since hordes of devotees including women and children formed a human shield. After reinforcements were brought in, police were fired upon and in the melee journalists/reporters attacked by the cops. This looks like another Golden Temple Bindrandwale type incident where the army had to be called in! WE never seem to learn and know how to prevent Law and Order going astray and in these terrorist, extremist hardliner days where is our intelligence and proactive machinery? It is ridiculous seeing Congress lambaste the BJP who have just come into power. Who gave the land and permissions to build a fortress with high walls? How were armed rambos trained without State intervention and who is financing all this?The Ex Chief Minister Hooda Harayana government has a lot to answer. Another Godman Swami Ramdev has been given Z plus security,so why then complain that Congress gave security to non entitled people based on their threat perceptions? Home Minister Rajnath Singh must act firmly to bring all concerned to free and fair justice and ensure such type of incidents never occur again! This will validate Prime Minister Modi's reputation further.
