Also, he said Shyama Prasad Stadium was built in record 10 months which I doubt. The work I think started late 2012, he, as a CM inspected the Site / Work in January 2013. Lusofonia Games had to be postponed from Nov 2013 to Jan 2014 as the infrastructure including this one was not ready. So, according to me the Stadium took atleast 15 months and not 10.
