Hi Bernado, This has reference to Goanet Digest Vol 2, Issue 275 regarding your posting. I personally feel that the facts prevailing in Goa for the past two years have nothing to do with post or pre 1961. History clearly indicates that Goans behaved as was expected from Goans till 2004 end. But there after every Goan has witnessed quantum radical change in the attitudes and greed of the congress party leaders. These congress leaders have literarily raped our mother land Goa for personal monetary gains. How can one justify the mega corruptions in Goa? How can one justify the irreversible destructions made and which are in-process in Goan greenery, seashores, hills, paddy fields, salt lakes, agricultural land, and forest cover. How can one justify massive corruptions in all the governments' dealings? Who is responsible for non-functioning of government departments? How can congress party justify taking 31 lakh rupees for regularizing healthcare personnel? How can present government justify paying 1 crores 6 lakhs rupees to attorney general of Goa that too just for 33 days! Who should be held responsible for the mess in the educational system that is created since past 2 years? Who should be held responsible for the rave parties taking place in congress leaders properties? How should be held responsible for the proposed promotions of the police inspectors to Dy. SP. despite of charge-shits being pending on them? Definitely we cannot blame the pre or pro 1961. We all have only to blame the congress party for this mess. I disliked BJP party and hence I had selflessly worked and canvassed for congress party in the past. But today as the thinks stand in all quarters I hate congress party and their leaders the most – they just don't have any justifications and or legally defensible explanations for their act of omissions and commissions.
