Dr Nandkumar Kamat is absolutely spot on. Without a
shot in the infrastructure of Goa's "cities", they
will become, if they haven't already, "unsustainable
urban habitats".

I sincerely hope, when the proposed infrastructural
investment becomes available, partisan politics,
corruption and citizens resistant to change, don't
impede the real progress that we so desperately need
in Goa.
