COMMENTS: Sometime ago, the RSS-BJP of Goa under the stewartship of it's blue-eyed boy Nitin Kuncolienkar, wanted to get around Goan NRIs to start an INVESTMENT FUND. The meeting took place at Mathew Braganza's Building at Mapusa under the chairmanship of Rene Baretto of London. Smelling a rat, yours faithfully had shot it down, right there and then. It never took off again. It is now the CONGRESS' turn to take the Goan NRI's for a jolly good ride knowing fully well that the mining loot has ceased and its pockets are dried out. The million dollar question is: 'WILL THE GOAN NRI/NRGs FALL FOR THIS TRAP' ?. Only time will tell. We see that the Goa Congress has already netted the big 'Goan Fish' back again, after 'apoile ani tapoile episode'. We wonder if people ever learn their lessons well.
