Dr. Colaco'S question whether Lorna has forgiven herself is rather far-fetched. Is Lorna to be blamed for the "affair"? Is Chris too to be blamed equally? Didn't Chris promised to marry Lorna? Lorna lived on hope and was probably devasted? One doen't know why Chris didn't marry Lorna. Maybe, he didn't want to hurt his wife and sons. One shouldn't be surprised by such a story. It does happen in the entertainment world. The tiatr world, I have mentioned on a FB face, isn't different. I have mentioned C. Alvares who perhaps led a colourful life outside his marriage. His wife never came into the picture, and everyone left him alone. He was seen everywhere with his love. Chris's house wasn't "broken" but it defintely was fractured. Chris was "not" a victim, for god's sake. However, close was Dr. Colaco's relationship with Chris, I have watched the Chri-Lorna relationship from the beginning. I also had talks with both of them and knows a few facts. Chris made Lorna into a star and also managed to control her for long years. In a way, she suffered for about 14 years, for she wasn't singing because Chris exercised his influence and muscle-power on those who hired her. It was Ronnie Mosserate who brought her back into the music world, and there she's shining as bright as she first stormed the music world. Don't know how the film potrays them both, and who is made the main culprit. I want to watch the movie, which I failed to do in Goa, just to see what "justice" the producer/director has done to a story that hums on many Goan lips till today. There's no need to cry, but enjoy for the Chris-Lorna story is something that is made of romantic stuff.
