GOA HealthCare costs: All Bundo No Basth?

I could not be the only who has noticed that 'We' Goans have limited zeal to
follow up on a topic about which we appear (initially, at least) to be
passionately concerned.

So, IF I may ask: What did 'we' do?

DID 'we' ( for instance ):
1: Contact the Medical Association and ask IF there was a guide to the pricing
of health care encounters (visits to the doctor et al) in Goa?
2: Demand from the Medical Association, a standardised Fee Schedule for Goa?
3: Demand from the Govt that there be at least a step-down (public) Heath
Facility instead of the vacuum left behind the movement of the Panjim GMC
hospital to Bambolim? BTW: Even on the grounds of Easement, this action by the
Goa Govt could be held unreasonable and unjust.

Attached are a few urls - which are self explanatory. It may also mean that

PS: will this topic also be forgotten after the initial BLAH?
