Now after abandoning Goa in dire straits Manohar Parrikar finally chose to be a ‘bhaiya’ of Uttar Pradesh by opting to get elected to the Rajya Sabha from Lucknow while laying to rest his fairy tale of that illusive Special Status for Goa and Goa for Goans. He fled to Delhi to play the fiddle, like Nero, while Goa is burning.
