RSS at its game again The RSS has once again has fired the salvo to keep itself relevant or to demonstrate that it has the tacit understanding of BJP in power. It is in aggressive mood cashing on its closeness with BJP Govt.. RSS was a banned organization thrice from 1948. The Congress in 1949 had once invited RSS to join Congress, which fact is considered as the certificate of eligibility with no tag of communal organization. In one court ruling in 1993, it was considered as social organization. It is not registered and its articles and membership lists are not available and hence it is secret organization and violates independence o f action and judgments. RSS claims that it instills discipline physical training, Nationalism , better values and rooted in ideology through its Shakas, but experience and its activities, outbursts regularly and occasionally convey otherwise. Its ideology , which is the guiding force has not undergone any perceptible change and is openly trying to politicize the administration .The CHATTISGARRHH Govt, has now permitted bureaucrats to join it as it is not a political organization, since service rules permit joining of non political organizations, Besides it is not compulsory but optional. It is an intellectual twist waiting once again for the test and challenge of court ruling. Many a members ,who had covertly joined can be proud , open and fearless partners . It is an indirect attempt to lure bureaucrats It is going to open a Pandora`s Box in Indian politics. The extremist, violent philosophy of RSS is catastrophic and threat to Democracy, The recent incidents are portraying a dangerous trend of trying to communalize, polarize on religious lines to build a Hindu nation at its core .The Gita, attack on Churches, sanskritisation, SHaksi mharaj formula for increase in population to compete with Muslims, attempt to honour Naturam Godse, agenda of Ram temple etc. The alignment of bureaucracy will badly impact on their impartiality in dispensing service in a secular democratic set up
The RSS lends its Pracharak to BJP, who consult and seek the advice of the organization in particular on many Govt matters, The BJP does not seek advice from any other social organization. M.P has directly banned RSS in the state The RSS through its cadres supports the BJP candidates in the fray. RSS is diluting the secular nature of the constitution It interferes influences decisions in Govt functions, appointments, transfers, judiciary, police etc, but claims hands off policy Nelson Lopes Chinchinim
