Indiscipline arises because of our poor sytem of education. The government,
the SSC Board is to be blamed for everything. The government is to be blamed
because it does not allow an extra division and the students are cramped
into cells called classroom sometimes even 60 and 64 .Imagine dynamic and
enthusiatic children of the eight are 60 in number and the class room has no
fans? The school starts early at even 8 am and goes on till 1.30 pm and by
the time the children reach home it is even three and four in the evening
and some parents further tax their children by sending them for tuitions,
music school etc. Are these children or robots? Even robots might not be
allowed to do this sort of tedious job. Neither any of the associations are
bothered about this nor any NGOs. Having workshop will not solve any
problem. Let me have negative attitudes. Sometimes the workshops are even
worse than a classroom. Today the board is handled with incompetent
teachers.Pardon me for saying this. Look at the standard of SSC question
papers and the way the questions are asked. It looks like sweepers and
coolies might have set the paper. In the past children had to waste hours
trying to solve questions which had no answers or many answers. Unless our
whole educational set up is changed and a new SSC board is created with
teachers who can speak good English and understand the language these
workshops will have no meaning
