We live in strange times. If you molest a woman, the maximum punishment is 2 years imprisonment or fine. If you cause death by rash & negligent act, the punishment is maximum 2 years imprisonment. If you cause grievous hurt, the punishment is maximum 7 years imprisonment. But if beef forms part of your diet be prepared for 10 years imprisonment!!!
