The discussion which will be led by Sulochana Pednekar the representative for Eco Femme products in Goa will cover the present situation of disposable sanitary napkins. The discussion will also cover the social, cultural, economic, environmental, health and gender issues related to menstruation and the role of eco-friendly sanitary napkins in the education and empowerment of women. Friday Balcao will be from 4pm to 6pm at the Goa Desc Resource Centre No.11 Liberty Apartments, Feira Alta, Mapusa and is open to members of the public.
