Dear E, Perhaps the idea is to have state-run abattoirs and develop some oligarchs in the process?! So, the export continues and flourishes. Perhaps plans are in the works to employ the Muslim butchers. Of course, I am mere;y using a reasonable logic, which essentially is conjecture based on what contextual elements are on the table.
