CORRUPTION REMOVED FROM POLITICAL DICTIONARY This statement by Finance Minister Arun Jaitely is wishful thinking. The whole System is built for corruption and unless there is systemic change, corruption will thrive in different guises! They will not bring administrative reforms. Hence we have a Delhi government at loggerheads with the LG. The police cannot find a prominent minister Mickey Pacheco, police arrested in the police drug mafia nexus merely suspended and reinstated after five years"without prejudice to any ongoing departmental action against them".
