Now The CBI must work out all the modalities how to find those who have received bribes or having links with this Louis Bergen Consultancy services in Goa. Let me suggest one by one that the CBI must proceed as follows; Log books such as Inwards, Outwards registers and which staff or officers are been involved at that time must be checked , second whether the each case project is being signed by CM routed through Principal PWD Engineer, and Minister of PWD. Check for the signatures of all of them whether they are clear, correct or they are bogus. Proofs if any whether the dealings or commission received by any. Photographs evidence or video click if available at the time of dealings with Louis Berger. Louis passport details while in Goa. Banks transactions of all the persons concerned whether politicians , officers, ministers or even staff concerned in Goa and also Louis Berger. Witnesses if any from concerned dept to be obtained for counter checks. All those officers transferred must be look upon by the investigating team for their deposits in the Bank in Goa and abroad. In this timings whether Air travel was undertaken to see that the money laundering was there in foreign banks etc. If this steps are not followed , there are chances to escape from the clutches of justice and clear the case. Whole case must be done in consultation with the Ministry of External Affairs and that CBI must make a trip to US ( New Jersey, Chicago) for further investigations.
