*Dear Goanet Readers,* *Hats to Advocate Aires Rodrigues Article in Goanet dated July 27; Titled “GOA CM LAXMIKANT PARSEKAR PROMOTING US FUGITIVE” was worth reading about that brought ashore the sordid affairs taken place in Goa under the very nose ruling Goa Government in Gloves with this fugitive is a Sham, Scam and Shame for all Goans and a big blot on Goa.* *This FUGITIVE SUBHAKAR RAO Chairman of Champions Group, I believe is wanted by the American law enforcement authorities the FBI for Human Trafficking there in violations of US laws and now I believe has taken an abode in Goa State past few years carrying on his nefarious activities there. And as per the latest news TOI bulletin he also ‘Intends starting Catamaran Services from Mumbai to Goa’ under the very nose of Maharashtra Government as well, which the Maharashtra authorities may not know his true antecedents. * *The Psychotropic drugs parties that are organized in Goa at the behest of Subhakar Rao in league with Shahid Hussain I believe is **using the old Chorao ferry ramp opposite the Ribandar Church to ship across all his illegal bits and pieces for the “RAVE PARTIES” he has been conducting there’** with political patronage while paying no taxes to the Government has been organizing drug parties at Divar through SHAHID HUSSAIN who runs the controversial Club Westend at Saligao must forthwith be condemned by all and a serious minded people in Goa and protest march and complain be registered against this man. * *Further, I believe the Shree Sai Champions Family Trust of which Subhakar Rao is the Managing Trustee had on 31st May last year bought for a whopping six crores khazan land admeasuring 79,950 sq mts at Navelim village in Piedade at Divar. The property was given on leave and licence to Champions Yacht Club Private Ltd of which Subhakar Rao’s live-in-partner Hemamalini is a Director for starting Tourism related activities including cottages, bar & Restaurant etc. * *Will Goa Government seek probe with Shops and Establishment Authorities if they issued licenses to these so called owners of Cottages, Bar and Restaurants whether in contravention or justly issued after veracity of their documents found genuine or fake. The Inspectors in-charge if found guilty must be booked and also have they ever visited the premises of the so called Restaurants & Bar to find out what goes in there as ascribed per rules and regulations of S&E Act of Goa. * *This man called Subhakar Rao with his exterior motives and scheming ways is out to enrich himself in conniving and Blessings of GOA Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar is not only shame but a scam and blot on the Goan Politicians whose main focus and ambition is to Get Rich by Hook or by Crook at the expense of exchequer and the Public of Goa without any principles, moral and clean conscience, he is doing more harm than good to the State of Goa.* *This fugitive Subhakar Rao absconding the US law which the Advocate (Mr.) Aires Rodrigues rightly pointed out in his mail has Offices at Aldeia de Goa and Gera Imperium at Patto Plaza going various aliases of Stanley Rao and Sam Surapaneni to conceal his true identity must be thoroughly investigated not only by the local Police but also by the Central law enforcement authorities the CBI and reported further to the Interpol to find out number of crimes committed in other countries as well without any fear or fervour * Had these unpleasant activities Subhakar Rao being allowed in Mumbai or any part of India there would be hue and cry by the public by we Goans are looked upon as mere spectators or that rather I also ran. Goa Government and Police would do well to investigate thoroughly and immediately arrested this man called Subhakar Rao and put an end to his nefarious activities and also likeminded people of Subhakar Rao nature forthwith before any further damage is done to Goa but Goa Government turning the Nelson Eye for their own selfish motive and gains and with lackadaisical ways ‘Care a dam attitude to what happens to others’ has paved the inroads for Bad Elements of the Society at near and far to nest forever there. *If a continuous watch and a dragnet is laid by a posse of policemen to see what activities go around in these Bar and Restaurants in Goa I think some of the major problems of Goa could be eased but no.* *Some of the posse of police men can also be stationed at the Old Chorao Ferry Ramp to nip and nab Subhakar Rao of his illegal activities including that of Shahid Hussain in tow and help Goa be cleaned of bad elements wherever there are. But the same modus-operandi can be applied to the other Cities in Goa and beaches were prostitution and gambling is prevalent. Only then Goa can remain a True Tourist Destination or else wither away in dust and ruins. To say; Once upon a time …….and so, so…….* *The enforcement authorities in the USA should be immediately notified by the Indian Government that one of their wanted fugitives is now ensconced at a destination in Goa carrying on business activities that are detrimental not only to the people of Goa but to other states in India as well with his grandiose and devious plans taking place in destroying the moral and social fabric of the Peace loving Goan people at near and at large should at all costs nipped in the bud before Goa forever becomes impoverished and doomed state. * *It is also sad to note Advocate Aires Rodrigues spell bound words; ‘It is anguishing that a once peaceful and serene Goa has today sadly become a gambling, prostitution and crime destination. We owe it to posterity to salvage this once Paradise of the East from further sinking’.* *If, I ever came across face to face with this crooked man Subhakar Rao, my first reaction would be to crack open his skull with a crow bar.* *Why are we Goans so complacent and Susegado in our outlook and perception? Are we so impotent that we allow outside marauding force to take charge of our lives in our own Den, Is it that our inborn culture compels us to rest on our laurels rather fight the evil-nexus pervading in our mother-land.* *Why are we at times like Tigers and Wolves when dealing with our own brethren but like sheep and Goats when it comes to ‘Deal with Outsiders with strong Hand’? But suddenly wake up and cry wolf when all is lost. Are we self-satisfied, un-worried and content that let anything happen under our own very nose. If, we all don’t stand up in solidarity now then tomorrow our Dreams and the dreams of our children will forever be lost in futile exercise that bring no returns to our mother-land in Goa. * *It is therefore imperative that sometimes we need to fight-a-street-battle if the laws of the land permeate and take law unto thy own hands to do justice for the just and noble.* *People like Subhakar Rao and Shahid Hussain must be taught a lesson of their lives and brought to book for their wicked and criminal activities that are taking place under the very nose of these so-called Politicians and Guardian of law keepers in Goa. * *Subhakar Rao and Shahid Hussain are the big sharks and marauders of civil disobedience not abiding with law. For not finding any suitable place around the Country they made Goa as their haven and Heaven to allow their sordid affairs being carried out under the very nose of Goa Government and who knows whether with the blessing of Goa CM Laxmikant Parsekar and his cohorts with selfish motives and gains is a question to ponder and assess the damage already done with impunity they command.* *It is people like Subhakar Rao and Shahid Hussain over the years have broken the inviolability and peace of fun loving Goan people in Goa. People like these two rats are main culprits behind the scenes silently uprooting and destroying the paddy fields, hills, mangroves by acquiring land and buildings for themselves to amass huge wealth and health with the permission of the big mouse called the politicians.* *Goa is slowly and gradually is siphoned out of its ‘Wealth of Gold, Customs, Traditions, Culture, Religion, creed and Moral values left, right and sinker. * *Murders, rapes, robberies, clandestine affairs are the headlines in Goa’s media called the shots today rather then what’s cooking news?* *Time and Again we all bring the same old paraphernalia but it all boils down to the same thing et al, leading to nowhere but a wild goose chases down the hill.* *It is high time the People of Goa arose in solidarity to fight "MARAUDING OUTSIDE FORCES OUT TO DESTROY GOA STATE" must fight tooth and nail or else Goa forever would be lost to the devils and could then be called Hell on Earth.* *My salute and hats to the Parish Priest of Ribandar Fr Lawrence Fernandes taking the onus to make people of Divar aware as to what exactly is happening in their home town.
